Please join us for the second iteration of this CLE program and networking event presented by the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section’s Commercial Insurance Disputes Committee. 

We’re kicking off the statewide committee’s formal event schedule with a second iteration of this CLE panel presentation by expert insurance practitioners from Buffalo and New York City followed by networking. The CLE presentation will examine recent case law on critical issues that commonly arise in commercial coverage disputes in New York, including choice of law analysis, priority of coverage among primary and excess policies, and the effect of “other insurance” clauses on priority of coverage. Following a successful session in New York City, this program will be presented live in Buffalo on May 14.
