This program will discuss the emergency response in the OMH (Office of Mental Health) and OPWDD (Office for People with Developmental Disabilities) systems during prior emergencies, such as 9/11 and Covid-19, how these systems have learned and prepare for emergencies, and what the future of emergency preparedness going forward might look like.
