Strategic ADR: Advanced Techniques for Complex Disputes Advanced CLE Program

This advanced CLE program will provide seasoned litigators and in-house counsel with sophisticated mediation strategies for complex, high-stakes, and multi-party litigation. Drawing on deep judicial and neutral experience, JAMS Panelists Hon. Gregory M. Sleet (Ret.) and Hon. John M. Mott (Ret.) will discuss how best to engage the mediator, techniques to prepare clients for the mediation process, and share insights about how under-utilized ADR tools like mock trials and neutral evaluation can aid in dispute resolution. This interactive program (which will be followed by a reception) will challenge participants to think critically about how to be the most effective advocate for their client.
