Basic Estate Planning and Advanced Directives for Military

Program Description: This CLE program will cover power of attorney, advance medical directives, wills, and standby guardians for children. The presentation would point out differences in a military instrument as compared to a non-military document, and touch on issues for service members when preparing their advance directives and testamentary instruments.
