Accommodation and Reservations
We have secured a special discounted room rate for event attendees at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel from November 11-14.
Guests of the program are invited to enjoy a preferred nightly rate of $299, plus a mandatory destination fee of $30 per night, for a total of $329 per night before taxes.
The total nightly rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 16.75%, as well as a $2.50 per room, per night occupancy fee, as required by the city of Nashville.

Destination Fee Inclusions
The $30 nightly destination fee enhances your stay with thoughtfully curated amenities and local experiences, including:

Tennessee Residents
