Environmental and Energy Law Section 2026 Fall Meeting

Please join the Environmental and Energy Law Section at the Fall Meeting to reconnect with colleagues and recharge in beautiful Vermont. The Fall Meeting combines timely CLE programming with a relaxing experience at The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa, nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains.

The cut-off date for guests to make their reservation is Friday, August 28, 2026.

All guest rooms are subject to a $25.00 per day resort fee, State and Local tax currently set at 10%. All guestrooms are subject to a 4% historic preservation fund fee.

All guestrooms are non-smoking. Check in time is after 4:00 PM. Check out time is before 11:00 AM.

Resort fee includes: Wireless internet access in guest rooms, meeting space and public areas, self-parking, 24-hour access to the business center. Hotel Amenities: Morning coffee & tea served from 7 AM – 12 PM in the great room, bottled water in the guest rooms. Activities: 24-hour access to fitness room, indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room, unlimited use of the putting green, bikes, and tennis courts, disc golf, access to 914 acres and preserve trails on Mount Equinox, lawn games, fishing pond, fire pits.

MEETING REGISTRATION FEES:

Section/Committee Member – $450.00  

NYSBA Member – $600.00

Non-NYSBA Member – $1,000.00

The cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations received more than 14 days from the scheduled event date – 100% refund

Cancellations received between 5-13 days from the scheduled event date – 50% refund

Cancellations received less than 5 days before the scheduled event date – No refund
