Matrimonial and Family Law Update – Fall 2026

This 2-hour Hybrid meeting and its comprehensive written materials will provide the matrimonial and family law practitioner with the most recent developments and trends in the law of agreements, child support, counsel and expert witness fees, custody and visitation, disclosure, divorce, enforcement, equitable distribution, evidence, family offense, maintenance, pendente lite relief and legislative and court rule changes.
