Commercial Insurance Disputes Committee

Commercial insurance disputes comprise a significant portion of the commercial dockets of state and federal courts across New York. The mission of the new Commercial Insurance Disputes Committee is to provide a forum for professionals in the area to collaborate to promote (i) quality, efficiency, and fairness in the resolution of commercial insurance disputes and (ii) collegiality, diversity, and inclusiveness across our statewide practice area.
