The mission of the International IP Legal Issues Committee is to educate members of the Bar about international legal issues that affect the practice of intellectual property law from the perspective of U.S. practitioners, as well as foreign attorneys, and to assist Section members to meet the challenges of an emerging global IP law practice. The Committee will provide legal education through programs and publications and dissemination of information about legislative and judicial developments related to international IP issues. The Committee also seeks to increase the involvement of foreign attorneys in the IP Section. It is the Committee’s goal to hold at least one meeting a year with participation from foreign Section members.
