2025 Disability Rights and Justice Series: Crisis Standards of Care for Individuals with Disabilities

This program examines the COVID experience, which also raises issues of crisis standards of care protocols that were issued in some states which discriminated against people with disabilities. The CLE will explore the negative impact of the protocols with an eye toward the future to ensure equal access to essential health care.
