2025 Steve Houck Antitrust Trial Training Academy
This program will be an in-person learn-by-doing trial advocacy skills program focused on enhancing the skills involved in antitrust cases through lectures and performance workshops on direct and cross examination, examination of experts, impeachment, use of exhibits and demonstrative evidence as well as opening statements and closing arguments.
Participants will perform targeted examinations in each of these areas. Performances will be in small group workshops with faculty critique and there will be a one-on-one faculty video review. The problem will be a bid rigging problem that involves trial presentation issues which commonly arise in antitrust matters.
