The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) is pleased to present the 22nd Annual Sophisticated Trusts and Estates Law Institute on Wednesday-Thursday, November 18-19, 2026 at the Martinique New York on Broadway, 49 W. 32nd St., New York, NY 10001.

Now in its 22nd year, this premiere Institute returns in a new, two day format with a prestigious national and international faculty of authorities covering key issues and the latest developments in all aspects of domestic and international trusts and estates planning, administration and litigation relevant to trusts and estate practitioners, in-house counsel representing family offices and financial institutions, bankers, trust officers, accountants and financial planners. The first day will cover domestic topics and the second day will cover international topics. Faculty and Topics will be announced at a later date. A luncheon each day and a cocktail reception on Wednesday evening will afford attendees opportunities for networking and enjoying the company of your peers.

Joshua S. Rubenstein, Partner and Global Chair, Private Wealth Department at Katten Muchin Rosenman, LLP in New York City, will be Chairing this program once again. Mr. Rubenstein has been the Chair of the Institute since its inception and each year, invites a panel of prestigious national and international faculty to present at this popular program.
