22nd Annual Sophisticated Trusts and Estates Law Institute_all

In November 2026, the annual Sophisticated Trusts and Estates Law Institute will return in a new two-day format, featuring a distinguished faculty of national and international authorities. The program will address key issues and the latest developments across all aspects of domestic and international trusts and estates planning, administration, and litigation. It is designed for trusts and estates practitioners, in-house counsel representing family offices and financial institutions, as well as bankers, trust officers, accountants, and financial planners. The first day will focus on domestic topics, and the second day will be dedicated to international matters.

Joshua S. Rubenstein, Partner and Global Chair of the Private Wealth Department at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York City, will once again serve as Chair of the program.
