AAA Construction Arbitration 2026: Strategy, Rule Changes, and Evolving AAA Practice

This program will provide a practical, up-to-date discussion of construction arbitration disputes administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and recent developments under the AAA Construction Industry Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures. The Panelists are AAA experts who will examine how rule changes and evolving AAA practices affect case strategy from demand through award, including early case management, consolidation/joinder, emergency and interim relief, AI Arbitrators, discovery and e-discovery, dispositive motions, expert practice, hearings (in-person vs. virtual), and post-award issues.
