Admissibility of Evidence of AI/GAI Under Accutane and Olenowski: Lunch and Learn Series 8

“Daubert” has now been adopted by the New Jersey Supreme Court in both the civil and criminal context. This raises the question of how expert opinion and GAI-derived evidence will be evaluated under Accutane and Olenowski. This session will address the need for and nature of experts who offer opinions on GAI, the standard for admissibility of GAI-related opinion and evidence, and the roles of judge and jury.
