Attorneys will come away with a better understanding of the multitude of steps involved in cooperative conversion process under ANCP, as well as the various agencies and private parties involved in these conversions. The program will also discuss the typical construction and permanent financing for conversions, and the disclosure documents filed with the New York Attorney General.
