This program will cover Antitrust basics including an overview of no-poach agreements and suppression of employee compensation.
Jay Himes will provide an overview of the Sherman Act, comparisons to European and UK law, allocation of customers, territories or supplies, public and private enforcement, criminal enforcement actions and civil liability in private cases.
Department of Justice involvement, FTC guidance and franchise arrangements will also be discussed.
