Basic Matrimonial Practice 2023

This full-day practical skills program is designed for all attorneys, whether newly admitted or experienced, seeking a fundamental but practical overview of handling all aspects of a matrimonial matter. The topics presented are the most frequently addressed issues in a matrimonial action and the program will include an overview of the recent major changes in law governing equitable distribution and spousal maintenance. This program is transitional and is suitable for all attorneys including those newly admitted.

Note: In-person registration will be closed at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2. No walk-ins will be accepted on the day of the program. Security will not admit anyone who is not on the registration list, however, you may still register for the Virtual option. You must show a government ID to check in.

Cancellations received more than 3 days from the scheduled program date: 100% refund
Cancellations received between 0-3 days from the scheduled program date: 100% refund (less the $25 cancellation fee)
Cancellations received after the scheduled program date: No refund
