This webinar will be broadcast for one hour covering cutting edge ethical, legal and related topics on the Coronavirus. Speakers will address new treatments for Coronavirus patients and associated legal and ethical issues for doctors and hospitals. In addition, liability protections will be addressed given that these new treatments are not yet approved by the USFDA. Insurance issues will be addressed regarding coverage for business interruption and other business losses under various policies. This broadcast includes .5 credit of ethics plus .5 credit of skills.

Speakers will include James Rigano of Rigano LLC, Howard Tollin of SterlingRisk, and Alyse Delle Fave of Rigano LLC. Mr. Tollin is the current Chair of the Environmental & Energy Law Section and Mr. Rigano is the current Secretary of the Environmental & Energy Law Section.
