Cybersecurity Implications in 2024
This program will address new regulations and reporting requirements relating to procedures maintained by publicly-reporting companies to prevent cybersecurity incidents and the occurrence of cybersecurity incidents. Discussion will include a look at the new 8-K and 10-K reporting requirements as well as other new regulatory matters.
