This CLE will review the Basics of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This includes an understanding of systematic racism and implicit and unconscious bias both in the workplace and our everyday worlds. The Principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will be applied and analyzed with the ultimate goal of overcoming the barriers of race, gender, ethnicity and generational ageism in making society more just and equitable.
