Elder Law & Special Needs Section Spring UnProgram 2023
Lawyer Friends, Terrified of the Attorney Grievance Process? At this meeting, we will earn 2.0 MCLE credits in Ethics with presentations from an attorney representing the committee and counsel who represents attorneys before the committee. The UnProgram gives attorneys a forum to connect with leaders in the elder law practice and discuss elder law issues/ideas/planning opportunities and more. Join us LIVE at the NYSBA Bar Center in Albany on April 20 and 21.
Please note, this program is in-person only and will not be livestreamed or recorded.
Attendees are invited to join the faculty and program planning chairs for an informal networking happy hour immediately following day one of the program. The location is TBD.
Discounted rate available for first time attendees – Applies to those who have not attended an Elder Law and Special Needs Section destination meeting (spring/summer/fall) in the past 7 years. Please contact NYSBA's Member Resource Center directly at 1-800-582-2452 to register for this rate.
