Emerging Trends in Law – Part 1: NFTs, Cybersecurity, and Privacy – NFTs Litigation

This program will address some of the novel privacy and cybersecurity issues posed by digital art and the minting, publishing and selling of NFTs (non-fungible tokens). NFTs are currently unregulated and often seen by some as an opportunity to exploit the market. But these new New creative and investment tools come with a variety of economic and legal risks. The panel will discuss such risks from a practical perspective along with exploring the current litigation landscape and possible remedies.
