The Family Law Section invites you to join them this Summer from July 13-15, 2023 at the High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid, NY!

Lake Placid is an opportunity to enjoy fresh mountain air and amazing views. Lakeside restaurants offer views of paddlers and swimmers enjoying Mirror Lake. For everyone from families to couples, adventurers to those looking to relax, there are opportunities to spend time outside. What is the Family Law Section Summer Meeting? 

The Family Law Section hosts a 3-day meeting every Summer in a different city to provide matrimonial and family law attorneys the opportunity to meet, network and expand their practices. Our most recent meetings have been held in Newport (RI) in 2022, Saratoga Springs (NY) in 2019, and in Manchester (VT) in 2018. 

What will I get from participating? 

The Family Law Section Summer Meeting offers participants the opportunities to: 

• Attend the program with faculty foremost in their field who will address the wide array of issues important to Family Law attorneys. 

• Exchange ideas and strategies with other professionals on an informal basis. 

• Meet and network with key Family Law Section attorneys.

Conference Registration Rates (REGISTRATION IS CLOSED): 

Family Law Section Member: $975

NYSBA Member/Non-Family Law Section Member: $1,195

Non NYSBA Member: $1,295

Young Attorney (3 years or less): $500

Guests: $800

Note: 

Registration costs include breakfasts, coffee breaks, 6.5 CLE credits of programming, and the following evening events: Thursday Welcome Reception and Dinner at the Olympic Ski Jumping Complex, Friday Reception at the Whiteface Lodge, Friday Hospitality at the Lake House Bar, Saturday Closing Reception and Dinner at the Mountain Pass Lodge, and Saturday Hospitality at the Grand Adirondack Hotel.

Registration will close on June 28th.  Onsite registration will not be accepted for this program.
