The program will cover the ability of an expected beneficiary to sue in tort when a third party manipulates the assets of a decedent and causes that expected beneficiary to suffer financial harm. It will explore established Florida law as well as what possible options exist for practitioners in New York which does not currently recognize such a cause of action.
