Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession: Where are the Diverse Female Partners and Judges? 

This program will include a discussion regarding:

• The importance of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession;
• The significance of women in the legal profession;
• The unique challenges that women of color face in the legal profession; and 
• A discussion of the dissents written by Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, Ruth Bader Ginsburg
