Land Use Update 2026

This program is the annual chapter of the Land Use Update sponsored by the Land Use Committees of the Real Property, Environmental and Energy Law and State and Local Government Law Sections.  Besides a discussion of recent caselaw, it will highlight three hot topics, including siting and regulation of Battery Energy Storage Systems, regulatory takings caselaw, and regulatory and statutory changes to the State Superfund and Brownfield Cleanup Programs.
