New York State Environmental Quality Review Act: Overview & Climate Change; CLCPA (1.0 credit in Professional Practice)
This CLE will provide a short overview of SEQRA and discuss how climate change is addressed under it. The 2019 New York State Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA) will also be discussed.
