The speaker has a specialty background in psychology and psychiatric social work and undertake forensic family mental health evaluations for lawyers and writes reports. This personal injury program is for personal injury lawyers, but also all civil litigation lawyers who deal with clients who suffer harm, including medical malpractice, and so on. This even includes employment lawyers whose clients have suffered abuse or racism in the workplace.
The speaker has also lectured widely to criminal defense lawyers and immigration lawyers and wrote the only book on forensic mitigation for criminal and immigration lawyers.
