The presenters, with expertise in health and employment law, will address current issues surrounding COVID-19 vaccination efforts and provide practical advice to employers in navigating vaccine mandates. Both government and employer-imposed workplace vaccine mandates will be discussed, including regulatory, political and liability concerns that will drive this rapidly evolving field.
