Sexual Violence as a Weapon of War with a Focus on October 7th

Dr. Cochav Elkayam-Levy is the Chair of the Civil Commission on October 7 Crimes by Hamas Against Women and Children and the recipient of the Israel Prize.  She has been a leader in raising concerns and awareness about rapes and other sexual violence perpetrated on October 7.  Dr. Cochav Elkayam-Levy will give a presentation about the Civil Commission findings pertaining to the October 7 rapes and other sexual violence against women and children and the importance of those findings.
