Superfund/Brownfield Program Update 2023
The Environmental & Energy Law Section will present a timely virtual conference on the New York State brownfield and federal Superfund programs. Our outstanding faculty of governmental officials, attorneys and consultants will review recent developments in both programs, including the much anticipated changes to Part 375 of NYSDEC’s regulations. There will also be a panel discussing current issues in environmental insurance and an update on recent case law involving Superfund and brownfield issues.
