Superfund/Brownfield Update 2021: Federal and State Environmental Law and Policy
Our Section will be presenting a very timely conference on the New York State Brownfield and Federal Superfund programs, featuring updates on important developments in both programs. In addition, there will be panels discussing new perspectives on environmental justice, the Section’s proposal to extend and amend the State’s Brownfield Cleanup Program, and recent court cases involving Superfund and brownfield issues.
Our keynote speaker will be Walter Mugdan, Acting Regional Administrator for Region II of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
The conference will take place as a virtual program on Wednesday, December 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
