Supreme Court Update 2022: Decisions of Interest
Professor Bonventre will again review the major developments at the Supreme Court during the immediate past term. As usual, he will explore the emerging patterns in the voting records of the Justices and the decisional record of the Court as a whole, with particular focus on the impact of the Court's 6-3 conservative majority resulting from the three Trump appointees. Professor Bonventre will also survey the Supreme Court’s major decisions this past term, and he will take a look at what might be expected of the newest appointee, Ketanji Brown Jackson.
