Taking And Defending “Winning” Depositions: Secrets For Success (Webinar)

This CLE will provide practical guidance for taking and defending depositions, along with  applicable law and rules to remember. Among other things, Mr. Brodsky will discuss how to prepare for taking a deposition, creating outlines and preparing exhibits. He will discuss pointers for the deposition itself, including techniques for questioning the witness, including “going with the flow”, follow up and “closing the box”. He will also discuss best practices for the best defense, including preparing your witness for the deposition and defending the witness during the deposition. Finally, Mr. Brodsky will discuss law and rules that apply to depositions and discovery more generally.
