Mock Trial Presentation Empowering Women Lawyers in Commercial Cases; Winning Strategies and Techniques for Trial and the Presentations of the Hon. Shira A. Scheindlin Award for Excellence in the Courtroom and the Hon. Judith S. Kaye Commercial & Federal Litigation Scholarships.

This program will showcase women commercial litigators through the re-enactment of an actual civil trial with presentations of compelling opening and closing statements and direct and cross-examinations of witnesses, followed by a critique of the presentation by prominent members of the judiciary.  There will also be an awards ceremony for the presentation of the Hon. Shira A. Scheindlin Award for Excellence in the Courtroom, and the Hon. Judith S. Kaye Commercial and Federal Litigation Scholarship to five female litigators exemplifying excellence in commercial litigation skills and practice.  The program and awards ceremony will be followed by a reception.
