The Steve Houck Antitrust Deposition Advocacy Skills Program focuses on planning for discovery depositions in an antitrust case, conducting information gathering and admission seeking depositions as well as defending depositions. The program will provide participants with opportunities to perform in a simulated deposition setting, followed by individual faculty critique. These performance workshops will be supplemented by lectures on specific issues relating to deposition practice.

Please note that the first two days of the program, which are held virtually, will be eligible for Areas of Professional Practice credit only, as Skills credit cannot be awarded for virtual sessions. Newly admitted attorneys (admitted within the past two years) must attend the in-person sessions on May 18–19, 2026 at the New York City location in order to receive Skills credit. Skills credit cannot be earned through the virtual sessions.
