This lecture will cover Gridlock in Governmental Relations and Civil Liberties and the Future of the Constitution. We will discuss the origin of the Constitution as well changes made to the organic document and their effect upon political discourse. It will also extensively discuss proposed changes to the Constitution and the Electoral College. Lastly it will  cover the nature of our present discord and discuss a methodology for productively going forward.
