Black Widow, Box Office and Breach of Contract: Profit Participation in COVID

The recent suit filed by Scarlett Johansson against Disney accusing Disney of interference with her contract with Marvel, with a focus on her loss of Net Profit participation from a theatrical release, raises interesting questions regarding the interaction of the streaming business with the theatrical business, in the face of Covid-19. 

This program will discuss the case, its merits, its demerits, likely settlement grounds, and other relevant issues.
