• Best practices for documenting disabilities and a need for accommodations for the bar exam and MPRE 
• What to do when the bar examiners deny a request for accommodations
• Understanding character and fitness questions
• Understanding the process for requesting accommodations in the workplace and how to escalate if accommodations are denied
• Understanding the process for requesting attorney accommodations in NYS courts (OCA policies) and how to manage if accommodations are denied
