Housing Options and Obstacles – Part 1

This 3-part CLE program is designed to help attorneys expand their expertise beyond drafting special needs trusts. It emphasizes the importance of comprehensive residential planning for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and navigating New York State’s Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). The program aims to educate attorneys on available resources and how to effectively guide their clients in this crucial area of planning.
