In order to be compensable under the WCL, accidents must arise out of and in the course of the employee’s employment. However, what if the employee is commuting to or from work? How about when walking into the building? What if the employee is traveling to a temporary job site? Is the entirety of a business trip covered? Anything goes? We will discuss these issues an more.
