The COVID-19 pandemic has affected every aspect of working life for millions of people across the world, and has presented unique challenges for women leaders and women who aspire to leadership roles. This program provides insight from experienced female leaders in the legal profession on how to lead law firms, in-house law departments, public sector organizations, and other organizations during these unprecedented circumstances, including attracting, retaining, and promoting a diverse slate of talented professionals. Experienced female attorneys will share insights and tips on how to become a leader and improve leadership skills both during the pandemic, when most people are working remotely from their homes, and after it ends.
