Description: The Committee addresses issues related to individuals with special needs including developmental disabilities, mental illness or physical limitations. We also address legislation, advocacy, guardianship, supplemental needs trusts as well as residential and other programmatic services.

Meeting Details:
The Special Needs Planning Committee holds a monthly meeting over Zoom on the first Wednesday over every month at 8:30 am unless otherwise specified.
The Committee meets in-person at the NYSBA Annual Meeting and the Elder Law and Special Needs Section’s Summer and Fall Meetings.
