Legal Wellness for Law Students
Building a consistent self-care routine is essential to having a successful school year. Summer is the perfect time to create a well-balanced plan of action to bring positive habits into the school year. Take a more strategic approach to balancing your wellness and identify how to cope with stress in more sustainable ways. Using the Eight Pillars of Attorney Well-Being, we’ll create an individualized wellness plan to align your professional goals and personal values. We’ll also use these Eight Pillars to build both clear and effective boundaries. This program, designed specifically for law students will provide a wholistic overview of the New York State Bar Association’s Attorney Well-Being Program with practical tips from the Program Manager and the Committee on Attorney Well-Being.
