CNN quoted President Greenberg on the removal of the mental health question from the bar application. New York state’s application to the bar will no longer include questions about the mental health of hopeful lawyers, the New York State Unified Court System announced Wednesday.

The New York Law Journal quoted President Greenberg on the removal of the mental health question from the bar exam application. DiFiore said that moving forward, the application will “focus on disclosure of behavior and conduct that is relevant to a candidate’s fitness to practice law.”
