Chief Judge DiFiore Announces New York Will Eliminate Mental Health Question in Bar Application

The New York Law Journal quoted President Greenberg on the removal of the mental health question from the bar exam application.

DiFiore said that moving forward, the application will “focus on disclosure of behavior and conduct that is relevant to a candidate’s fitness to practice law.”
