Committee on Law Practice and Court Rules

Mission Statement
The Committee on Law Practice and Court Rules shall identify and evaluate barriers to the effective practice of law in New York State, including through monitoring and reviewing proposed amendments to court rules and state agency regulations. The Committee shall make recommendations as necessary to the NYSBA Executive Committee and House of Delegates.
