The next meeting of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section is scheduled for Tuesday, January 16th from 10:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. at the Hilton Midtown, located at 1335 6th Ave (between 53rd & 54th Streets). The meeting will take place in the Regent Room. There is no remote option to attend at this time.

The Nominating Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association oversees nominations for the Executive Committee.  The nominations are typically voted on at the Annual Meeting in January of each year.

Positions and Term information:

District Delegates terms consist of three years commencing June 1 and ending on May 31.

Members-At-Large, serve a three-year term commencing June 1 and ending on May 31.

Treasurer, Secretary, Vice Chair and Chair Elect of the Section:
The Officers’ positions other than Treasurer are traditionally filled by succession. The Chair Elect automatically becomes Chair.
