The mission of the Patent Law Committee is to provide information and a forum for discussion to Section members and other attorneys about inventions and inventing. Included within the scope of this mission is obtaining patents both in the United States and outside the United States and protecting rights to such inventions. The Committee achieves its mission by establishing educational programs and materials and monitoring legislative and judicial developments in patent law.
